Although we always talk about the clear views of the sunrise from Tiger Hill and the huge snowflakes that accompany the Himalayan peaks in the snow, we talk about the summit of Tiger Hill very easily. The truth is that the rapidly changing view of the peak colours of the snow along with the sun's injury is a great sight, but otherwise Tiger Hill is best place of Darjeeling.
Kanchenjunga is another best place of Darjeeling.Every year many peoples come for visit the beauty of Darjeeling. You can go with your friends or family.List of best places of Darjeeling.

TIGER HILL is a beauty of Darjeeling. While I've been to Tiger Hill many times to experience the sunrise, I've been there many times during the day and enjoyed it. However, you must get there in the right season so that all the horns are visible and there is no fog or fog try to go on the season if you want to enjoy the best view of tiger hill.

Tiger Hill is 11 km (6.8 miles) away from the city of Darjeeling and above nest. It is the highest point in the Darjeeling Hills at an altitude of 8482 feet (or 2590 meters). The best season to see the snow covered horns as the sun rises is from mid-October to December. March to April is also a good time. For sunrise, you have to start at three and a half in the morning so that you can reach 4.15am. In the winter you can start at four in the morning. Some taxi drivers will insist that you get started earlier. There is a reason. By the time you get to the top, there will be a long row of cars, especially during the high season. Hundreds of tourists come here every day to watch the sunrise during the high season. As a result, your vehicle may be parked at the bottom, you may have to drive quite a bit.
And if you're still full by the time you reach the observation tower and the open viewing terrace next to it, you should probably see the sunrise standing on a neck just a little below the summit. In fact, the weather from Darjeeling Town and looking at the sky at Tiger Hill is almost no indication of what the weather might be like. In this area, clouds and mist are at different levels of the mountains, sometimes they can be above you, other times you can be on top of them.
So no one can guarantee a sunrise view from Tiger Hill or anywhere in Darjeeling. Many times tourists are able to see the sun after rising quite a bit in the sky, and when they are not able to see it when it is rising above the horizon and its polygon colour spread on the snow covered peak. So, the way nature naturally offers you is ready to enjoy the sunrise.Darjeeling is a peace of Janna.if you go here one time you can go again and again.some of peoples go there every year just enjoy there vacation.with family or friends.the sun rise view is awesome for look.its really a view of wonderful nature.some times the hill is dangerous for visitor.but it still enjoy able place for every one.

Hill its really a beautiful word.if its will be Darjeeling then its great for every peoples.every one like to go for see the view of Kanchenjunga.its have a attractive view for every person.white view of ice.cold weather and beautiful sky.totally its best place of Darjeeling.
Now that your expectations are set, I start the journey and take you to Tiger Hill with my own eyes. From Darjeeling Town there is a narrow road as you approach Hill Cart Road to Jhum, which then rises just minutes after the Jhum Station (about 1.5 km). This is a steep senchal road that takes you to the top of Tiger Hill.

As you start driving upwards, you will soon see the Jorbonglo Degree College sweeping to your right. Then you will come to an abandoned toll booth. Apparently a few years ago it was charged an entry fee for Rs. 200 / - per car. The taxi union, however, resisted the move and the initiative eventually collapsed even after the booths were built and tickets were printed.
As you drive along the steep cliffs, there is a natural tree-lined hedge that unfortunately blocks a portion of the view and runs to the right. To your left are the steep uphill cliffs. The Tiger Hill area is now a part of nature conservation and maintained by the GTA (Gorkhaland Territorial Administration, formerly DGHC).

But when you're driving, you probably won't see much signs of maintenance. On several occasions I have seen that roads have not been repaired for years. With torrential rains and harsh weather every year, you can imagine what the road conditions here could be without doing so many years of repairs. But the views and thrill around it compensate for all that.

If you look to the left after a few minutes you will see a beautiful ferry. Many tourists from here see the sunrise if it is too crowded above. In fact, the cars are kept from top to top here in the high season. There used to be a tourist lodge. You can still see the wooden chimney on the left side of the abandoned tourist lodge. It was built as a VIP guest house during the British era when many famous people watched the sunrise from here. It is very easy to combine a visit or a day picnic with the lake after you visit Tiger Hill later.

While driving, you will see a temple on the left and another on the right. One on the left is Durga Devi (known as Sinchal Singh Devi Dham) and one on the right is Lord Shankar. Upon your return, you'll be able to spend some time in a quiet temple environment and hang the bell before returning to the hill town. One was converted into a tourist lodge and known as the Dak Dak Bungalow. During a scuffle in the hills in 1988, the lodge was set on fire and destroyed. It has since been abandoned. As you move forward, there is a spot on the right side of the road from which you can see the view of Senchal Lake below, which is part of a sanctuary. When you return, it's best to look to your left.

As you head to the top of Tiger Hill, you will see another toll booth. . The tower is closed during the day after the visitors leave. The observation tower has different ticket rates depending on the level. Ground level ticket rate is Tk. 20 / - per person, first floor Rs. 30 / - and the upper floor has a comfortable seat with a better view Rs. 40 /. You are on top of Darjeeling. From here you can get a nearly 360 degree view of the Darjeeling region with the entire eastern Himalayan range. If you look to the north, you will see the landscape of Darjeeling Town. And there is a fun snowstorm in the background. Peaks start to emerge just before sunrise. It's hard to keep your eyes off the snow-capped snowflakes of Kanchenjunga, which has five positive snow horns, the highest of which is 28,169 feet (or 8,586 meters) - the third highest peak in the world. There are rows of chairs arranged in rows on the other floors. Keep in mind that rates can only vary with the index and over time. Within minutes you reach the observatory tower. There is a nominal fee (Rs. 10) as a vehicle to enter the summit. If you want to watch the sunrise from the observation tower, you must also buy a ticket. You can also watch the sunrise from the viewing area around the Observatory Tower and it's free. In winter it can be very cold outside but the view is seamless and even better.

About 5 km away is the Chhomol Hari mountain in Tibet which is said to be the most beautiful peak in the world. You can also see Mt. And then the sun rises on the horizon a little farther east from the peak. What more! When you watch this wonderful and nature play on the horizons at sunrise, local vendors offer you hot tea in plastic cups.

THE beauty of tea garden is really great.its view is really awesome. If you go to Darjeeling please visit the view of tea garden.Great tea leaf are provided from Darjeeling.Every year the local peoples of Darjeeling sell the leaf of tea and earn great money. The view of this best place of Darjeeling .

Update January 2019: The observation tower to watch the sunrise has been under construction for some time. A new level observation deck is coming out. So a lot of building materials are scattered around.

On the way back, come down to the windy loop. You will be hungry right now, and samosa or singers are a great way to continue the day's treatment. Right outside, stalls are set up to sell hot samosas (one of a kind stuffed and fried dumplings) for tourists returning from Tiger Hill in the morning. However, many tourists, especially from Kolkata who know about this, put it on their agenda as a 'must have'.

"Best time to visit Tiger Hill":

Fog or fog may block visibility during the winter months (IE December to February), but with some luck you can still experience a great sunrise. Many tourists can't get a perfect sunrise viewing experience with clear skies and sunken ranges. ..And it's mostly due to the wrong time of year. You should avoid the rainy season (from mid-June to September) when it rains and the sky is cloudy. October to November and March to May are great times when the chances of clear skies are highest.

How to get to Tiger Hill:

Tiger Hill is 11 kilo meters (6.8 miles) from Darjeeling Town and the sleeping area. After the zoom station, you will have to cross the narrow uphill road to the right. A saved small tab will cost. 800 - 1000 (Rental updated: February 2019). This expense could attract two more attractions - the Wassania Loop and the Samten Choling (Jhum) Monastery which are located along the way, and as part of a 3-point tour the driver will agree to a short stop at these two points. It takes about 40 minutes to reach the top by car from the city of Darjeeling. You can book your own car / cab or pick up a shared jeep that leaves from the club side taxi stand at the base of the Nehru Road and down the mall. There are also shared jeeps and taxis from the Chawkbazar area (note shared taxis are usually available during the high tourist season).
